Based on the schedule, we prepare an arrival and departure plan, allocate guests to suitable vehicles and appoint a contact for the organiser. For larger events, an on-site transport manager can coordinate chauffeurs and respond to programme changes.
Mercedes-Benz E-Class and S-Class vehicles are available for VIP guests, the V-Class carries up to seven passengers, and the Sprinter carries up to 19. Combining vehicle categories covers executives, speakers, performers, production teams and group shuttle movements.
To prepare the plan, we need the date, locations, provisional schedule, guest numbers and special requirements. We then propose the transport setup and an individual quotation. During delivery, communication stays centralised so changes do not get lost between the organiser and individual chauffeurs.
